One side came undone, and when I had surgery they said there would be after-service for one year, so I told them that. I even went to the clinic a few months ago and had a consultation, but when I contacted them to make an appointment, they’re acting like it’s the first time they’ve heard of it. Isn’t after-service usually provided?
