I was thinking about nasal tip surgery without an implant, and both hospitals recommended only the nasal tip. The price is the same too, but at ㅁㅇㄷ, alar base reduction is included, and at ㅍㄹㅈ, alar base reduction isn’t included, and they said I only need to lift the nasal tip, so I’m conflicted ㅠㅠ I’m from outside Seoul, so going back and forth to Seoul for consultations is a lot of work too. Has anyone had nose surgery with Director ㄱㅊ at ㅁㅇㄷ or Director ㅅㅇㅅ at ㅍㄹㅈ?
