When I said I didn’t want osteotomy or hump shaving, he said it was my choice but showed me before-and-after photos to persuade me, and I completely fell for it. His aesthetic sense seems to be my style. Among the plastic surgery specialist clinics I visited, this was the only place that took a CT. While the CT was rotating, I got caught in the curtain and almost got choked… I was already a bit sensitive because of the radiation, and due to a staff mistake I had to take it twice. Also, at first they just said “dermis,” so I wondered if it was autologous dermis. I called to ask and they said it was artificial dermis, so I ruled it out as a final choice. Because I am contradictory, wanting nose surgery because of my complex but scared of putting anything in… I stopped by after seeing reviews on an app for relatively safe cartilage tying + nostril reduction. However, the director said my nose would improve much more by raising the nasal tip. He didn’t force it, and said if I only wanted cartilage tying, I could just do that. He also said hump shaving and osteotomy are optional, so it seems he performs surgery according to patient needs. This director also looked a bit tired, and when I asked the consultant, she said the clinic is very famous for nostril reduction, so on days with simple surgeries they sometimes do 8 cases a day. For things like inflammation or contracture, it depends on the patient’s constitution and is unpredictable, so A/S anesthesia fees may be charged separately. Swelling care and pore/exfoliation care are provided. After writing a CCTV consent form, viewing is possible at 2x speed. No real-time viewing.
