I made up my mind and came all the way up to Seoul from the provinces, and worked hard going around for consultations ( ‎¨̮ )و✧ I feel like I’ll forget everything now, so please understand the note-style writing so I can write quickly My nose needs bulbous nose correction + columella lowering + nasal bridge + nostril reduction I want a straight-to-slightly-curved natural-glam look After going to hospitals, my septal cartilage measurements came out as 25-28/25-28 ​ ​ 1. ㄴㅇㄷ I went without knowing it was a one-doctor clinic and was surprised ㅇㅅㅇ After CT scan/face photos, they said septal cartilage + ear cartilage (28/28) would be sufficient They would use 3-3.5 silicone They said my skin is good, so the result should come out well The doctor talks a lot, but he is very kind and gentle and explains every single thing I got a lot of information here and understood things, so it was very good as a starting point As expected from a one-doctor clinic, they do 2-3 surgeries a day CCTV available They emphasized that after surgery, the doctor personally checks everything and follows up, and that they pay a lot of attention to each person, so that was good Columella lowering + bulbous nose + nasal bridge + nasal tip + (nostril reduction if you want it) But when I look at reviews or the consultant, they all seem like slim noses made from the same mold If you like a slim and glamorous nose, I’d probably recommend this place ​ 2. ㅌㅋㄹㅅ(ㄱㅎㅈ) I waited 30 minutes just waiting Talked with the consultant for 10? minutes, then waited again Had a 10-minute? consultation with the doctor, then back to the consultant No CT scan They said to use septal cartilage + donated costal cartilage/autologous costal cartilage They would use 4-5 silicone They said I don’t have to do nostril reduction because it will go up anyway They did explain well how they would change the nose, even drawing it directly They said my skin is good, so the result should come out well Columella lowering + bulbous nose + nasal bridge + nasal tip I went here because it’s famous, but they didn’t even take a CT, the wait was really long, and the consultation was cut within 30 minutes Hmm,, I’m thinking I might just skip this place ​ 3. ㅇㅇㅂ(ㅇㅈㅎ) First, I went and had a CT scan and face photos taken Originally I had designated the head director, but they said there is a 500,000 won price difference between the head director and vice director from the start The consultant recommended Director ㅇㅈㅎ, saying he’s trending these days So I changed to Director ㅇㅈㅎ and had the consultation They said he might seem blunt because he’s from Gyeongsang-do, but I’m from Gyeongsang-do too, so I didn’t really feel he was blunt If anything, he seemed to use Seoul speech well.. or maybe not Anyway, here too they said to use septal cartilage + donated costal cartilage/autologous costal cartilage On CT, septal cartilage came out 25/28 They said they would probably use 4-4.5 silicone But here they said donated costal cartilage and autologous costal cartilage cost the same But only here they said if I want osteotomy, I could do it They even said my nose is slightly deviated For nostril reduction, they said it will go up anyway, so do I really? need to do it? It didn’t look necessary Bulbous nose + columella lowering + nasal bridge + osteotomy + nasal tip If you book on the same day, there’s some discount or whatever They said if I tell them I’m canceling up to 2 weeks before surgery, they’ll refund 100% of the deposit ​ 4. ㄷㅇㅇ(ㅂㄱㅇ) ​ This place can do functional nose surgery, so they have ENT collaborating doctors Had a CT scan and consultation with the consultant The consultant was honestly so comfortable, like an older sister from the neighborhood And since I had been touring for 6 hours straight and was tired, I was also resigned and told her everything about the hospitals I had visited before lol The doctor consultation was good He was kind, and there wasn’t anything excessive like saying I had to do more On CT, it came out 25/25, so they said I would need donated costal cartilage/autologous costal cartilage They said they would use 4-5 silicone And if donated costal cartilage/autologous costal cartilage is used, they said they don’t use septal cartilage and proceed only with rib cartilage Columella lowering + nasal bridge + nasal tip + bulbous nose (cosmetic nose only applies) ​ ​ Originally I was going to consult at ㅈㅇㅈ/ㅁㅎ too For ㅈㅇㅈ, there are quite a few bad reviews on the app and the downside is that there is no plastic surgeon But if someone wants functional nose surgery, I think ㅈㅇㅈ would be okay For ㅁㅎ, I booked because without looking at the app, people in this community kept saying it was good, but after seeing the review photos on the app, the style was too different from what I wanted, so I didn’t go ​ Concerns. 1. Osteotomy..? Looking at the app, ㅇㅇㅂ and ㄷㅇㅇ do have somewhat similar styles, but ㅇㅇㅂ told me to do osteotomy too, so I was flustered because they recommended something I hadn’t even thought of Out of the 4 so far, ㅇㅇㅂ was the only place that said to do osteotomy ​ 2. Ear cartilage/autologous costal cartilage/donated costal cartilage Out of the 4, only ㄴㅇㄷ uses ear cartilage, and all the others use donated costal cartilage/autologous costal cartilage. But while reading community posts, I saw people say to skip places that tell you to use autologous costal cartilage for a primary surgery, so I’m conflicted about what to do They say the reason they don’t use ear cartilage is because it collapses easily But the ㄴㅇㄷ doctor said he can make it not collapse with ear cartilage surgery, and that whether it will collapse with ear cartilage or not can be known right away within 2-3 days after surgery Honestly... I don’t want to use rib cartilage for my first surgery, but I’m scared the nasal tip might collapse if I use ear cartilage ㅠㅠ ​
