For ㅁㅋ, when I was doing online research, the consultation reviews were good and the surgery reviews were my style, so I went to the consultation really excited and almost already decided that I should do it here. The consultation order was CT - consultant - director - consultant.
After taking the CT, I waited in a private consultation room. That was nice. There was a bit of a wait. The consultant came in and I talked with her, but I thought it would be more appropriate to talk with the director anyway, so I only talked about the basics. Oh, at this point the consultant asked if I had a price in mind. And since I was also thinking about eye canthoplasty / fat grafting besides my nose, I had consultations with the eye/fat grafting director first. They looked here and there, told me what would be good to do, asked if I had any questions, and it was good! Then I had the nose consultation with the director. He came in and, while looking at my CT scan, talked almost like he was talking to himself lol. Then he just made this and that on his own and showed me, saying wouldn’t this be okay? So I showed him the photos I had prepared and said this is what I want, and he did something similar lol. And there wasn’t any proper explanation. He said silicone for the bridge, that the columella would probably need to be lowered, and that it needed to be supported firmly, so costal cartilage should be used. He told me to choose between autologous/donated. Then he explained that autologous costal cartilage would also be okay lol. So when I said I wanted it to look slim from the front, he lowered the columella with a cotton swab and pulled the nose forward, saying if we do it like this it will look slim lolololol. But some people had said they felt a bit looked down on, and I felt that at this moment lol. Without properly understanding what I wanted or anything, the consultation ended like that lololololololol. Then I consulted with the consultant again, and she just wrote prices on paper by herself. Of course, she didn’t properly tell me the prices. She didn’t explain like the eye cost is this much, the fat grafting cost is this much. She just wrote them down on her own and suddenly asked me if I was thinking of making a same-day reservation and how much discount should she give me. But I really liked the lines here, so I made a reservation. Oh, the price also seemed reasonably fair for eye canthoplasty / forehead fat grafting / nose surgery using autologous costal cartilage / removal of nasal foreign material. But the more I thought about it, I wondered if it was right to entrust my nose to someone who didn’t properly listen to what I wanted or explain properly, so I canceled the reservation and I’m going to go around for consultations again ㅠ_ㅠ
