When I first had rhinoplasty at a really big plastic-surgery specialty hospital, I finished the surgery hoping my nose would become the nose I had imagined. But no matter how much I looked in the mirror, it looked strange, so I thought it must be because of swelling... The hospital side also only said it was because of swelling... But even after 1 year, the shape was ㅡㅡ the nasal tip was drooping, and from the front it looked like an arrow-shaped nose, a long nose, like a monkey. People I knew said my nose looked much better before rhinoplasty and asked why I did it...
