I regret getting double eyelid surgery, canthoplasty, and ptosis correction in Ingye-dong when I was 18

It was 5 years ago, and back then I didn’t know anything, so I went in to get double eyelid surgery, but they talked as if I absolutely had to get epicanthoplasty and ptosis correction too. So I made a reservation on the spot without going anywhere else, and had surgery a week later. One side became an outfold and the other became an in-out fold, so I went to the clinic the next day, and they said they would redo it right away, so I had revision surgery immediately without waiting 6 months. But as the swelling went down, one side became an outfold and the other became an in-out fold ㅎㅎ It’s not to the point where anyone would look and say the surgery clearly went wrong, so I left it alone, but it bothers me. I don’t know if it’s because it was an incisional method, or if they fixed it too tightly, but the double eyelid line should disappear when I close my eyes, yet the line is clearly visible when I close them. Could this go away with revision surgery? I’ve seen a lot of people whose lines became thinner, but are there cases like mine where the fixation is too tight? I’m saving money to get revision surgery.
