I’m trying to get early removal after rhinoplasty, ha. It’s been 2 weeks and one day.
I’m definitely going to have the silicone removed early, but they harvested septal cartilage and tied it to the alar cartilage.
I’m worried that if I remove the septal cartilage, the nose will lift up and never go back.. Would it be safer and better, with no contraction, to remove the septal cartilage later? Or would it be better to do it together?
I really, really don’t want to have another surgery just for the septal cartilage, but if it’s really, really dangerous, then I guess there’s no choice.
Please give me advice, please.
