It’s my first surgery, and originally I had some nasal bridge height and the bone was slightly blunt, so I had bilateral osteotomies with no implant, and the nasal tip was raised with septal cartilage and ear cartilage… but my nose became so small.. The bilateral osteotomies narrowed my nose, but the nasal tip is so.. steeply upturned that my nose became really short ㅠㅠㅠ When the cotton packing was in, it was almost an upturned nose, but I waited thinking it was swelling… When the splint came off, it had come down a lot.. but only this much.. ha, originally my nostrils weren’t very visible, but now the nasal tip is high like a pig nose.. and the philtrum looks longer ㅠ I originally had a slightly asymmetric deviated nose, so I corrected it, but when the different heights of both nostrils are upturned, it shows even more..
When it’s 10 o’clock, I’ll call right away ㅠㅠ but even if the shape is this stressful, does early correction cost money?? I’m also unsure whether they’ll do itㅜㅜ To wait because it might be swelling.. the shape itself is just so, so stressful..
