I had a philtrum reduction here in 2019. The scar was excessively severe, and even the hospital acknowledged it. At first, I felt like I was going insane, almost like depression. Especially before my period, other everyday things overlapped too, and I was so depressed that tears just kept streaming down, so I even saw a psychiatrist. I really hate the manager too, and it just feels like everything is ruined..
