Last year, I had my first breast augmentation, and about a year and a half later, my left breast began to feel noticeably hard. Even before that, I thought the texture of both sides could never be exactly identical, so I assumed that if one side felt a little firmer, it would improve with time. But as time passed, my breast started to feel tingly and tightly constricted, which was uncomfortable. I visited [Clinic A], a plastic surgery hospital specializing in breasts, and an ultrasound confirmed capsular contracture. The thought of having to undergo surgery again after the first operation felt overwhelming, but they said the revision would be performed under sedation rather than general anesthesia, so recovery would be much faster. They also said a larger size would be possible than before. After my first surgery, my cleavage did not come together well, so I asked Dr. Kim Min-young during the consultation whether it could be brought closer. She said she would bring the cleavage together as much as possible during the revision. I was upset that I needed revision surgery because of capsular contracture, but on the other hand, thinking of it as a chance to improve the parts I had regretted from the first surgery actually made me feel better. Before revision, what concerned me most was the texture. After surgery, from the first day, it was slightly soft without feeling rock-hard, and it hurt much less than the first surgery—about one-tenth!? Maybe thanks to the sedation, I had no nausea and took a train home alone immediately after surgery haha. The drains were removed after four days, and now even the stitches have been removed. I have to be careful with upper-body activities that use my chest muscles, but I’m managing most daily activities without any difficulty, including vacuuming, washing dishes, and caring for my children. I’m satisfied with the result too. I really think it’s the best! I want to remove the bandages soon, size up, and buy pretty underwear~!

Breast Surgery Reviews@breast-review5d It has already been 2 weeks since my breast surgery at [Clinic A]!
