I was so extremely thin that the bones around my solar plexus were almost all visible. I had no fat at all, so it was not as if I could have breasts I went for a consultation at [Clinic A], and the director said implants alone would not completely fill the cleavage area, so cleavage fat grafting was essential. They said that would restore volume and improve the shape faster. I wanted the best result, so I had both procedures, and looking back, it was truly the right choice. At first I wondered whether I could reach a C cup, but now I am exactly a C cup. It may be ordinary for some people, but for someone as thin as I was, it is a perfect amount of volume—not too large and not too small! I cannot describe how often I look at my breasts these days lol. They have the perfect shape, I have a natural cleavage now, and this is the happiness of my own-money, own-breasts.. T_T
