My underbust measurement was 71 and my breast width was about 12.2; I was originally an A cup. Since I had very little volume, I said that if I was going to do it, I wanted a definite result and hoped for around a D to E cup. I had surgery with Motiva 400 cc implants. I also had accessory breasts, so those were removed at the same time. At first I was slightly worried that 400 cc might look too large, but looking at the result now, it is genuinely more natural than I expected. The size has definitely increased, but my breasts do not look like they are floating separately, and I like that they seem to suit my body shape. In particular, when I consulted with Dr. Kim Woo-jung, I told him the size and shape I wanted, and I liked that he considered my overall physique rather than simply recommending the largest possible size. After the accessory-breast tissue was also cleaned up, the sides look neater than before, and my breasts do not look excessively prominent in clothes. I expected the change from an A cup to 400 cc to be dramatic, but once it was done, it looked more natural and prettier than expected, so I am very satisfied. They are still settling, but so far I do not regret choosing 400 cc at all!!
