They said I could have the procedure without an implant and that osteotomy was not necessary. They explained that they would correct the drooping tip and columella while bringing the nasal tip together. I trusted the clinic because my sibling had surgery there, but I wanted to compare with other clinics too. After the consultation, I felt their approach matched what I wanted, so I booked the surgery right away. After surgery, the hump disappeared, and the nose no longer looked as large and strong as before. Its long appearance was refined, and the tip was narrowed, making the profile much cleaner. I worried that it might look flat without an implant, but it turned out more natural than expected, and I like the overall shape of my nose. So far, I am satisfied and feel I made a good decision lol
