I’m so happy with my revision double-eyelid surgery right now. I honestly want to bow down in gratitude. < Ptosis correction + incisional method + upper-eyelid fat repositioning + > I was a little worried because this clinic mainly does non-incisional natural adhesion. [Why I chose this place] Simple reasons: price + after-sales service and follow-up care + great coordinator + I had a bad experience at my previous hospital, so I don’t like overly outgoing directors. This director has a personality similar to mine, the anesthesiologist is a specialist, and I like the director’s signature line—it suits my taste.
Someone said they didn’t wake up during anesthesia, but I’m someone who was woken up midway… To check the line, an assistant hit my shoulder really hard, so I woke up. I wonder if they don’t remember this… Whenever my eyes closed, they kept tapping my shoulder and telling me to wake up. Yikes!! lol
[Disappointing point] I’m not sure whether it was the coordinator, but it would be really good if the way they gave instructions improved. This was a little disappointing. I came with my parents, and it was awkward enough to make me think, “Huh?” I don’t know how to put it, but since this is a service job, I think they should show at least basic sincerity to customers spending money at the hospital haha. I personally didn’t think much of it, but because my parents noticed it, I felt awkward…
[Good points] People around me say it turned out well and looks natural. If I had gotten my first surgery here, I wouldn’t have developed hair loss. It really is an eye-specialty hospital… I thought about it a lot. For some reason, even though it hasn’t been long since surgery, I have very little visible scarring.
The coordinator is also really nice… and her face is my type too. Yikes. My parents liked her a lot too; she’s very good at talking!! A friend and one of my parents’ acquaintances had surgery here and recommended it, and I ended up having a neat success. Great!
Director, please stay healthy. If it loosens, I’ll come back!!
I think I wrote an evaluation after my consultation, but since I decided to have surgery here and have now done it, I’m posting another review!
They designed the line during the consultation, drew it with a pen before surgery, and even refined it carefully with a pen again after I entered the operating room. Some may think, “Isn’t that obvious?” but my previous hospital didn’t do that, so I’m mentioning it haha.
[About the consultation here…] I asked everything I was curious about during the consultation and questioned the director closely about anything I might misunderstand. If the director’s answers had been unsatisfactory, I wouldn’t have chosen this place. They wrote down what I wanted and didn’t want on my chart. When I said I didn’t want an inner-canthoplasty, the director asked why. I said I thought visible lacrimal lake would look strange and make me look blank, and the director understood. I think everyone should talk with the director during the consultation…
Lower-eyelid fat repositioning is common, but upper-eyelid fat repositioning is relatively hard to find, right? People like me search YouTube for examples of the surgery or look for information on our phones until we find the photos we want. Here, they showed me with photos what the procedure actually involved, so I was satisfied.
Other hospitals kept texting me to have surgery with them. This place didn’t send pushy messages, which I liked.
Recently, my part-time job owner was interested in double-eyelid surgery, so I revealed that I had it done and recommended this place
