Three-month review of natural adhesion revision double-eyelid surgery and upper-eyelid fat removal at [Clinic A]

The line from my previous double-eyelid surgery had become deeply buried under eyelid fat and skin. Whenever I opened my eyes, it disappeared like an inner double eyelid, and the puffy appearance was always stressful. My thick upper eyelids made my expression look vague and heavy. So I wanted to make my upper eyelids lighter while restoring a distinct line! Other places said that because my skin had stretched, I absolutely had to have an incisional procedure, which scared me because of scarring. Dr. Bae Ju-young said my eyelids only looked heavy, and suggested removing upper-eyelid fat and slightly raising just the line with a non-incisional buried-suture method. During the consultation, the doctor explained in great detail the difference between the look I wanted and the line that could actually be achieved with my eyes, which really built my trust haha. I also liked that there was absolutely no pressure for unnecessary canthoplasty or ptosis correction—only what was needed! Honestly, I worried the bruising would be severe since I was having fat removal too... But perhaps because it was non-incisional, there was almost no bruising, and the swelling went down faster than expected. After one month, and by the third month, even the residual swelling had resolved, so it has completely settled into my own eyes! The heavy upper-eyelid fat was removed by just the right amount, so opening my eyes feels genuinely light and refreshing without that suffocating covered feeling. Before, the line was buried like an inner double eyelid and all my makeup would smudge... Now the line shows clearly on the outside, so even a thin stroke of eyeliner makes my eyes stand out lol. There are absolutely no traces of fat removal or pinched scars, so it is not noticeable at all even when I close my eyes haha.
