Because I had a bulbous nose, the side profile looked blunt even though I had already had rhinoplasty. After consulting for revision, I chose surgery here because I trusted it the most. I consulted with the director twice. At the first consultation, he explained the shape that was realistically possible and which material should be used, but it was not long—about five minutes, I think. After deliberating for a while, I returned for another consultation. This time he explained things in more detail, which I appreciated, and I trusted him enough to proceed with surgery. I am not completely satisfied with the postoperative shape, but the side profile improved a lot, and my uneven nostrils became more symmetrical to some extent, which was good. I understood before surgery that complete improvement would be difficult because of my skin characteristics, so I am fairly satisfied. If I had to name a downside, it was the most expensive among the places I consulted, and they strongly recommended autologous costal cartilage. I dislike scars on my body and already have many that cause me stress, so I chose donated rib cartilage instead, and I am satisfied with it..! I recommend going for a consultation.
