It's been a little over a year since I had revision rhinoplasty, and I'm very, very satisfied now. For my original nose, I had 1-2 mm of silicone on the bridge and septal cartilage for the nasal tip, but the bridge looked crooked and I didn't like it, so after 7 years, for the revision, I removed the silicone from the bridge and didn't put anything in, and only raised the nasal tip with autologous costal cartilage, and I'm so satisfied lol It turned out pretty even with only the nasal tip done and nothing placed in the bridge. But the hospital said that since the tip was done with autologous costal cartilage and there is nothing in the bridge, there wouldn't be any chance of inflammation or contracture. Is that really true?
