I wanted a natural-looking first bulbous nose surgery, so I went to two places that don't seem excessive,, First, ㄹㅁㅊ.. I saw the head director, and they said my eyes are a bit large and Western-looking, so if I put silicone in the nasal bridge, my eyes could look too close together. They suggested no implant, just raising the nasal tip with ear cartilage and septal cartilage, and filling only the hollow parts of the bridge with septal cartilage without an implant.. For ㅈㅇㅈ, I went for a consultation thinking it was kind of my first choice, since I could also get rhinitis treatment and it's a secondary hospital. But I was surprised because even the consultant said that since it's my first surgery and I want something natural, we should use donated cartilage,, and that if I don't put anything in the bridge, it would be hard to improve the bulbous nose,,,.. Director ㅅㅇㅎ said custom silicone definitely looks prettier.. so I had a mental breakdown,, I do want a natural look ㅠ but my bridge is pretty low, so I'm also unsure about putting absolutely nothing in... I just got more confused ㅜㅜ What would leave me with no regrets..
