Also, I had it done with costal cartilage, but would it be possible to switch to a silicone implant? I’m trying to do it because right now my nose looks so obviously “I had plastic surgery” lol, and it feels too much.

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
