Before <a mosaic photo where I covered myself before surgery lol> Before <after photo!> Before <current nose condition hehe> I used material for the nasal bridge and nasal tip (septal cartilage, donated costal cartilage). I had osteotomy, bulbous nose correction, nostril reduction, and since I had had Hiko before, I had the Hiko removed, and also dissolved the filler I had gotten... It was my first rhinoplasty, but it was a huge reconstruction,,,^_ㅠ I also had facial fat grafting done together, but it feels a bit awkward to reveal everything,, so I’m just going to show off my very successful nose a little haha
The pre-op photo is after I had already done Hiko and gotten filler,, but seriously, it was bad; The nose filler had spread a lot, and my nasal bridge was so nonexistent that it looked flat and pressed downㅠ I was worried how much higher my nose could even become if it was raised, but thankfully the director said my skin stretch was also at an acceptable level, so he could raise it as much as I wanted hahaha (I shouted Eureka inside; there were other places that said it couldn’t be doneㅠ)
I normally like dressing up glamorously, and when I do makeup, I tend to go strong with shading and contouring, so I really, desperately wanted a very glamorous, high noseㅠㅠ So when I looked up nose reviews, I searched for famous clinics known for doing a glamorous look well, places that anyone who likes a similar vibe to me would probably know, but honestly, I was really worried about the places with too much talk around them, and no matter how good the reviews were, I went to consultations half-skeptical..^^ But here, the director’s consultation was so good, and the consultant was kind too, and in many ways, there was nothing that bothered me the most when deciding. As a result, for now, I successfully got the nose line and height I wanted, so I’m pure happiness,, I have seen and heard so many stories about the nasal tip dropping over time, so I am worried, but the director said he fixed it firmly so it wouldn’t drop, and even if it does drop somehow,, (stop with the sad thoughtsㅠ) the director told me to come in anytime for follow-up, so for now I’m going to live intoxicated by my current satisfaction..; hehe Anyway, I think the fat grafting also turned out naturally well, so I really, really like it lol For everyone looking into rhinoplasty, I hope you all safely succeed in getting a pretty nose hehe
