It’s been 10 years since I had my nose done, so I want to replace the implant and also get nostril reduction. Which hospital would be good?! My skin is on the thicker side, and my nose was also on the larger side Is there a hospital that does a straight nose shape well without making it too flashy? I don’t like anything too flashy
