When I had it checked last time, I think it had actually increased or something lol The endothelial cell count has also stayed almost the same and is being maintained well~ As for side effects, I had a very mild white-line phenomenon, but it has been gradually improving, and I only experience it a few times a year! It’s like, in a dark place, if I squint at spreading lights such as streetlights, someone sensitive might faintly notice it?! It doesn’t interfere with daily life at all, and people who don’t know about the white-line phenomenon probably wouldn’t even know that’s what it is... After reading papers on side effects, even if this side effect occurred, I still wanted to be free from severe myopia over -10 and astigmatism, and I thought it was minor compared with the side effects of LASIK or LASEK! In the one-in-a-million case, the lens can also be removed, and this hospital handles revision surgeries from other hospitals and surgeries for side effects caused at other hospitals too, so I felt reassured! Also, very occasionally, when suddenly going from a very bright place to a dark place such as a tunnel or underground parking lot, I had symptoms of blurry vision, but this has also been gradually improving, doesn’t happen often, and isn’t a major inconvenience. Even when things look blurry, it’s still better than my original vision! The hospital management is systematic and clean, the facilities are good, and both the director and staff are kind. The building is nice too. Anyway, I’m so grateful to be freed from the money, time, and discomfort I used to spend every day on glasses and contact lenses, and I think it’s one of the best things I’ve done in my life. Aside from my eyes hurting for 1-2 hours on the day of surgery, I almost never felt like I had had surgery. There were even times when my eyes were hit or struck quite hard, but there were no problems. Of course, everyone should still be careful!
