When you go, they take a CT first and then assess you based on the photos. Both the consultant and the director were kind. The aftercare also seemed good. However, even though it would be my first surgery, they did recommend costal cartilage for the nasal tip. Mine would be surgery for a low nose, and because I have a bulbous nose and a few other things, they quoted around 5 million won for silicone + autologous costal cartilage.
