At the consultation, they said it would be better to do under-eye fat repositioning instead of the double eyelid revision I had planned. After that, I started thinking that maybe under-eye fat repositioning would be better for me too. But this seems to be a surprisingly difficult surgery. So I'm thinking about it even more now.
