I removed the nasal silicone implant and had implant-free rhinoplasty. My nose was already high and large, so it looked blunt. But even though I had implant-free rhinoplasty, today marks 3 months, and my nasal tip is large. It actually seems larger than right after the splint was removed. Is it because my skin is thick and my nose is the type that surgery doesn't help? They say bulbous noses see results when the nose is made high and dramatic, but I don't like that kind of noseㅜㅜ For a bulbous nose with thick nasal skin, no matter how well the surgery is done, is it all useless??
