I used donated rib cartilage for my first surgery, and 3 years have passed. My nasal septum is severely deviated, so one side of my nose is almost blocked, and the bridge silicone looks very deviated to one side the closer it gets to the eye area.. My columella is also sunken, so I want to lengthen it, but looking for clinics isn’t easyㅜ For now, I made an appointment with an ENT clinic to consult about whether it’s a deviated nose. If there are any clinics I should avoid, please share.

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
