Before and after I had a severe protruding mouth, so it was a complex for me.. When I was very little I wasn't like that at all, but after my baby teeth fell out and my permanent teeth started coming in, my small lower jaw couldn't handle it, and as my teeth flared forward, I ended up with a protruding mouth.. The estimated treatment period was up to 2 years, but since my teeth moved in well, even though I wasn't very diligent with the rubber bands... I finished in just 1 year and 3 months. I didn't even have screws placed... amazing....
Now that my mouth has moved in, my nose looks higher too, and my retruded chin, which was also a complex, has improved. But it definitely feels like my lips got smaller after the orthodontics. My philtrum also looks longer... and the nasolabial folds seem more visible too... Still, compared with my philtrum length and nasolabial folds, my wish to push in my protruding mouth was stronger, so something like this doesn't bother me much and I'm satisfied. I'm the type who doesn't mind these things much anyway. Pretty much super satisfied~~ Thank you!
