I had my first rhinoplasty 8 days ago.. I don’t like a flashy-looking nose, so I asked them to make it as natural as possible for my face, and said it was okay even if it was a little low, just please make it really natural, but after they removed the splint, there was a foreigner in the mirror.... I was so shocked I couldn’t even speak.. I know they say it’s swelling, but my nose is way too big for my face... They said they put in 4 mm of silicone, but I honestly thought they would put in a really thin 2-3 mm implant. Are there cases where they put 4 mm of silicone even in a woman’s nose? The glabella area is seriously so thick that my eyes look completely close-set, and it’s almost grotesque... The consultant says it’ll be okay once the swelling goes down, but I can’t trust what the consultant says either, so I’m leaving this post here..
