Before <before double eyelid surgery> Before <2 months after double eyelid surgery> A double eyelid surgery review I’m writing again now that it seems the swelling has completely gone down and everything has settled.
Even at 1 month, I had so little swelling that I thought there wasn’t much difference, but now as I’m writing this and comparing the photos again, it really is different. It feels like the small bits of swelling are still gradually going down..! Before surgery, my double eyelids would come and go, so I had to worry about them every morning, and if I didn’t use double eyelid glue, I felt like I was going around bare-faced without makeup. But now I always have double eyelids without any of that, so it’s so convenient and nice... Of course, looking prettier is a bonus, haha. I’m so glad I got double eyelid surgery, and now people around me don’t even know I had it unless I tell them first, haha. If you’re still worrying about whether or not to get double eyelid surgery, I totally recommend it...! Honestly, for about a week after the surgery, sleeping was uncomfortable, and since it was my first cosmetic surgery, I was scared something might go wrong. But thinking about it now, I regret not doing it sooner instead of spending time worrying like that. My parents were against it until right before I got the surgery, but now they say it seems better that I did it, haha. I’m so happy because it turned out so natural. And I’m writing this because people might be curious about the clinic. I had it done at Iwabaek in Sinnonhyeon.
