I had a consultation for lowering the crease line plus medial epicanthoplasty. They took photos and consulted while looking at them. The doctor was kind and warm. They consulted while addressing me by name. They said what is possible is possible and what is not possible is not possible. Elsewhere, I was told it would be difficult to change the line because of my epicanthoplasty scar, but here they said they could create the line I wanted, and I liked the line they actually designed. When I said I was scared of complications from ptosis correction, they reassured me that they would absolutely not overcorrect. They listened well, and the consultation was good. I had already been shocked by the estimate I received at another clinic, so I was comparatively unfazed by the estimate here. There was a discount for writing a review. If this were my first surgery, I think I would have done it here immediately without deliberation, but because it is revision surgery, I cannot find my bearings and am deliberating.
