It has already been three months since I underwent revision eyelid surgery to correct asymmetrical eyes after double-eyelid surgery at Lari Plastic Surgery, which I learned about through an acquaintance’s recommendation. One crease was particularly high and the double-eyelid crease was also rather thick, so I looked into lowering the crease with incisional revision double-eyelid surgery and correcting hollow eyes. For upper-eyelid fat grafting, we decided to extract fat from my abdomen.

After the consultation, I underwent upper-eyelid fat grafting and incisional revision double-eyelid surgery to lower the crease and achieve bilateral symmetry.
Because correcting the asymmetrical eyes was important, the doctor paid special attention starting with the preoperative design. For the upper-eyelid fat grafting as well, fat extracted from my abdomen was carefully balanced according to the degree of hollowness on each side—for example, more was placed on one side and less on the other.^^
One side’s swelling has been a little slower to go down after surgery, but now, three months later, everything is much better overall than before surgery, so I am satisfied.👍
