I went for a consultation with Dr. A at [Clinic A] because I am considering double-eyelid surgery and canthoplasty. I have been deliberating over double eyelids and whether to do medial canthoplasty too, so I asked them to focus on my inner eye corners and the crease line. While looking at my eye shape, the doctor explained what kind of line would suit me, and discussed achieving overall balance rather than making the canthoplasty unconditionally large. They said the line I want and my actual eye conditions may differ somewhat, then explained both what is possible and the expected look after surgery. Whenever I asked something, they answered immediately, so the consultation itself was quite comfortable. The atmosphere was calmer than expected, and the order was listening to the consultation coordinator's explanation and then consulting with the doctor. I plan to look at several more places before deciding, but the consultation was good for now. I have only had a consultation and have not decided on surgery yet, but I liked that they explained it in a way tailored to my eyes. I plan to visit a few more places, compare lines, and then decide.
