Everything is good... I know they only operate on one person per day, but honestly it is too expensive. My nose is one that other places tell me not to operate on because it would be a waste of money, but I was a bit dissatisfied, so I looked for somewhere that does closed rhinoplasty, to lessen the burden? But only the recovery burden is lower; the financial burden has become a huge issue... I want to do it, but my hand is stopping me. The price is so expensive that I decided to do it elsewhere instead. But if it is revision surgery, they usually recommend an open approach. A place that says it will do it closed is not necessarily automatically a good place, right? Shouldn't they know what the inside of the nose is like? I also requested lowering my nasion, but they just said everything could be done.
