My upper arms have always been naturally thick. No matter how much weight I lost, this area in particular never changed. So after much deliberation, I went for a consultation, and they said it was a fat-and-muscle type. A complete disaster, right? The type with both... So I only received one session of Botox and Cat Injection. I had more upper-arm muscle than I expected, so it felt tight when I got Botox, and for about one week, I could not raise my arms as smoothly as before. It improved after a week! It is not an extremely dramatic change, but they have become a little slimmer! They recommended five sessions, so I think five sessions would be a little more effective than this.
