The photo before the procedure was taken while I was out having fun, and my upper arms were really thick, lol. After the procedure, the outer arms and overall thickness definitely feel different!

By consistently managing things this way, I lost about 10 kg, and my desired arm line became slimmer. It also strengthened my motivation to maintain my diet.
