I had very small eyes and severe ptosis... I wanted double-eyelid surgery for both cosmetic and medical purposes, so I looked into many places very thoroughly. Then I found a place said to create a line I liked and perform canthoplasty well, and after a consultation, I went ahead with surgery!
It was my first surgery of any kind in my life, so it felt very fascinating. Even immediately after surgery, it did not hurt at all, which amazed me!! Even while recovering at home, it did not hurt at all... I wondered whether this was normal! Even when the stitches were removed, I am not very fearful and I tolerate pain well, but I felt no pain whatsoever.
There are two reasons I feel I chose the clinic well. One is that the surgical result is so good: my eyes became larger, and applying makeup has become fun. The other is that they gave me so much attentive care that it almost felt excessive! I could feel how well they looked after me, so I felt at ease throughout postoperative recovery as well!!
There is still swelling, so I do not know how much prettier the line will be once it goes down, but I am already very satisfied.
