I did not know this, but when silicone was inserted before, my nose had a dorsal hump, so I guess they shaved the silicone down before inserting it. This time, I had autologous dermis at a different clinic, and they said they shaved down some bone during the revision surgery. They said the surgery went well, so I am looking forward to recovering soon!! But my butt hurts so much, lol. I do not think I can sit down...? Haha
