I’m thinking about removing the septal cartilage from my nasal tip, but everyone tells me the reviews only in private comments, so I don’t know what they say ㅜ.. If I remove the nasal tip material, will the tip of my nose become soft like before?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
