I’m planning to get revision rhinoplasty I want to do it again because my nasal tip has drooped If I’m redoing it because the nasal tip drooped, do I need to use costal cartilage? ㅠ I want it to look natural Not that obvious “anyone can tell I got nose surgery” look... Who are some celebrities with pretty noses that don’t look surgically done?? Please also recommend hospitals that are good at natural linesㅠㅠ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
