What should I really do about under-eye wrinkles after epicanthoplasty?

After getting an upper epicanthoplasty (epicanthoplasty), when I close my eyes, blink, or squint (any motion where I blink my eyes), vertical wrinkles form under my eyes ㅠㅠ It’s been about 7 months since the surgery, and wrinkles even form when I sleep, so basically I spend about 1/3 of the day with wrinkles there. Now the wrinkles have become set even when I’m just keeping my eyes open.. Is there really no way at all to improve this? The clinic where I had the surgery says there’s no way it could have been caused by the epicanthoplasty, and another clinic says it’s due to orbicularis oculi muscle damage or scar tissue. They say the surgery really was the cause ㅠㅠ..
