Arm lipolysis injection followed by repeat liposuction

This is a review of arm liposuction after lipolysis injections for severe obesity. For the arm lipolysis injections, only the inner fat was removed, so I didn’t feel much change in the line. After visiting several clinics and consultations, I liked the consultation with the director, so I had the surgery at Yale. They said that if I had apnea or became critically unstable, they could wake me up during surgery. I did have apnea during the operation, so I woke up when they were massaging, and they anesthetized me again when they did the liposuction. Maybe the anesthetic wasn’t too strong, but waking up wasn’t as hard as when I had double-chin liposuction, and I didn’t feel dizzy or anything at all. The bruising is only on the lower arm area, and other areas just have slight yellow bruising. After surgery, until day 2, I had swelling down to the backs of my hands, but from day 3 the swelling that had come down was okay. I can still feel swelling in the thick front area. They said I have a muscular type with thick bones too, so I wouldn’t get very thin “bone arms,” but still, my shoulder line looks like it’s starting to show, so I’m satisfied so far~ I’ll go get my stitches removed, check the progress, and upload photos~
