My body is thin, but compared with my body I had a lot of facial fat and deep cheek fat, so my face looked round and way too broad. That’s why I had the surgery, and my satisfaction is very high. But definitely be careful and think carefully about deep cheek fat removal. In my case it was really severe, my face was very out of balance compared with my body, and the deep cheek fat stood out a lot when I smiled, so I felt it was a good surgery. But if you’re not at that level, you will 1000% get cheek hollowing. I got it too, but since I originally had quite a bit of facial fat, even after doing both liposuction and deep cheek fat removal, my face is only about the level of an average face. So if your facial fat isn’t severe, I’d want to discourage deep cheek fat removal, but if it’s as severe as mine, I highly recommend it.
