It has almost been a year. The director is definitely meticulous, and at first, he did not recommend surgery. But my nose was so short that I wanted a lot. After surgery, it is not the nose I wanted, but I am trying to be somewhat satisfied, though not fully satisfied. I don’t think he is very good at working on the nostril wings. But I do think the director is honest.
