I just got back from a consultation, and the quote was: donated costal cartilage 4.9 million / autologous costal cartilage 8 million (They said the representative director doesn't offer a review discount either, but it would be possible if I switched to another director.)
They didn't even take a CT scan, and said that since my septal cartilage is small, I absolutely have to use costal cartilage. There wasn't much explanation about the surgical method either, though the director was kind.
The problem was when I consulted with the counseling manager. She just abruptly told me the cost and asked if I had any questions, so I was like, what is this..? I asked whether there was CCTV, and she said it is running, but I can't view it, and that I can only see it if some problem occurs, saying the law hasn't yet specified that much... Then she went, any other questions? Like that. No, they should basically tell me how many days later to come in, when the cotton is removed, and things like that. When I asked, she said I need to come in on such-and-such days, but she didn't explain exactly what they do at those visitsㅋㅋㅋㅋ Then again, any other questions? She was acting like that, so I just said no and left. Was she just not in the mood to work? When I was leaving, she told me to look around elsewhere too. I was so dumbfounded ㅡㅡ
