I had silicone put in my nose 15 years ago. I'm looking into revision surgery. Originally, my nose was small and delicate, and the nose shape itself wasn't bad, but my nasal bridge was low, so I got nose surgery. At the time, the doctor said my nose was short so the shape I wanted wouldn't be possible, but I stubbornly insisted that I wanted it as high as possible, so I got silicone inserted. Even then the shape looked awkward, but now the skin has sagged, you know, so it looks natural lol But I want to do it again.
