Please recommend a hospital that is good at revision surgery. I had surgery with Allergan implants 5 years ago, and about 2 weeks ago I had revision surgery with Motiva. Since it was revision surgery due to implant replacement, I had the revision on the condition that the size would be maintained without change. But the result? They operated with a smaller size.
I’m barely holding back all the curses rising up to my throat, and I’m on the verge of collapsing from pent-up anger.
Why am I even wearing this band for a surgery that’s already ruined? I really feel like I’m losing my mind. I can’t even put strength into my arms because I’m worried about capsular contracture. I can’t even shower properly because the incision wasn’t in the armpit.
Is it even a review if the hospital name can’t be disclosed? People like me who end up with unwanted results. Accurate information should be shared, so it’s unfortunate.
Please recommend a hospital that is good at revision surgery. Somewhere where communication with the doctor goes well. The consultant isn’t the operating surgeon!
