Review of consultations for female facial contouring (ㄴㅈㅎ, ㅁㅇㄷㅇ, ㄴㅌ)

Before going, I made references for the line I wanted and showed them. I had chin filler 7 years ago.

What I wanted 1. I want a U-line, not a V-line 2. I hate a dog-like jaw (like ㄹ드ㅂ벳 ㅇㄷ) 3. I want to avoid looking like someone who obviously had facial contouring 4. I hate when the front chin protrudes when smiling like SNL ㅈㅎㅇ

Below are the consultation details.

ㄴㅈㅎ (recommended 3 types of facial contouring) I think the reason they were the only one to recommend a T-osteotomy for the chin was because of the U-line I wanted. But personally, my chin bone is small and I have a lot of soft tissue, so if I go as far as a T-osteotomy, the line would definitely become a U-line, but I’m worried it may sag faster and create a double chin. I felt they understood exactly that what I wanted was a receded chin like Suzy’s, and that they tried to accommodate all the points the patient wanted. They said they would need to dissolve the chin filler to know the shape.

ㅁㅇㄷㅇ (recommended 2 types of facial contouring) They said not to touch the chin. Because it’s not bone but soft tissue + filler. I showed the references, but they said we should only talk about what is possible on my face lol (I guess my bones can’t become U-shaped like Suzy’s). Anyway, it was a very straightforward consultation, and they quickly said to only do the cheekbones and square jaw.

ㄴㅌ (recommended 2.5 types of facial contouring) They suggested something like a compromise between the first two clinics. They said they would bring the long-curve square jaw cut a bit farther toward the chin and resect it. Honestly, I wasn’t very drawn to going as far as a T-osteotomy at ㄴㅈㅎ, but I was also worried whether doing only the square jaw at ㅁㅇㄷㅇ would really give me the shape I wanted, and wondered if the design was too simple. I had a lot to think about, but ㄴㅌ proposed something that was a compromise between the two, so I’m currently most tempted by that.

Anyway, that’s how the consultations went. Has anyone received a long-curve resection that extends far like ㄴㅌ described? I’m curious. If you have any questions, please leave them in the comments.
