From the front, my nostrils were barely visible and my nose looked broad and flat, so I got surgery! Since my older sister had surgery there, I first went for a consultation, and they were cynical in a good way, saying what couldn’t be done couldn’t be done, and they answered everything I was curious about, so I decided to do it! (The fact that my sister had done it there was a big factor lol..) My skin is originally on the thicker side, so there’s also the fact that it doesn’t look dramatically obvious, and I wanted it natural too, so the difference from before isn’t sudden, and I go around pretending I didn’t get anything done hehe Still, people I know ask if I did something to my nose..? I don’t tell people I’m not close with that I had surgery hehe
