First of all, if I do it this time, it’ll be my second nose surgery.. I don’t have any complications? but my columella doesn’t come out, so in a way it looks like an upturned contracted nose. So I’m going around for consultations ㅠㅠ
First, I went for a consultation at ㄷㄴ. I was the only person waiting, but the wait time seemed to take about 30? 40 minutes;; I had a CT scan and saw the manager first.. Honestly, I couldn’t even hear the manager’s preliminary consultation.. haha They said the director had finished surgery, so I turned on my recorder before going in in case I forgotㅠ They photoshopped my columella out and said it would be done like this~ but since it’s short now, it gives a youthful image. They said that if I do revision surgery, bring out the columella, raise the alar wings, and so on, I would look older... They would remove the existing silicone, use autologous costal cartilage, and attach a ton of this and that. So it was 10 million won haha..... I was quoted down to 8.9 million on the condition that I post a review.. but I wondered about the part where I’d need scar-tissue injections.. I said I’d think about it for now and left....
